You need to place a blank/file in Ullmages and name it Black_Lock.png



Place it in Ullmages and that will remove the lock on your status bar

Navigate to /var/stash/Themes.xxxxxx/ and open whatever theme you want to modify the lock screen. In that theme's folder, either open UIImages. Then place a transparent/blank png file (i dont think its dimensions matter) in that folder named Black_Lock.png. Select the theme in winterboard and respring.

It's currently on dbNiche which the themes are NFR, but should be on dbportal shortly if you are a member.

But it's only a theme, what's the big deal on not sharing it with everybody, that's stupid.

ok now that i know where it goes....

I tried to make a image transparent but im having no luck....googled it and looks like i need some special software/photoshop program...

can someone just make me a transparent lock named Black_Lock.png please....

EDIT: I got a program called GIMP and was able to make a transparent image for lock,it all worked fine!...thanks!

I'm not saying you can't get it, just go to dbarteam.net and join (takes about 10 min). The whole purpose of a forum group is to bring new members and ideas to the table, it inspires creativity. That is what dbar is doing. It's a great forum with great people and great themes.

Lexs...

if you look closely under LONDON(under the D and O....and also another area under clock),you can see some odd black very faded words....I thought it was dirt on my phone but when i look closely at the wallpaper itself it is not there,its only there when wallpaper is added to this lockscreen theme.

I tried other wallpapers and still that odd faded stuff is still there.....i see it is on your screenshot too.

can you tell me how to get rid of this?...is it something from the HTML file coming thru?.....I love this Lockscreen and want to keep it....but it looks like dirt sorta..lol
