How are people getting the weather widget to work

I can't seem to download anything from box.net, it won't download as a .zip file.

Here is mine, updated.
I hate using folders, so i started using categories sb, works great, i also cleaned up a bit of code on slanted lock, as it was terrible at spotting which time of day it was. I also cleaned up the code on the android clock.
Now the only thing i need is a clock statusbar remover on the homescreen. MiM doesnt work for me on 4.2.1
Overall. I think it looks pretty good, and im glad i spent some hours to clean up slantedlock weather codes etc.
Heres the pictures.
Lockscreen
With Fixed weather code. dont remember slider theme.
Homescreen
suave hd, many alt icons, android widget with changed weather icons and cleaned up code
Homscreen 2 Folders
Skinned folder icons, inside this folders lies all my apps.
from left to right
1 line. Games, social, photo, books
2 line. entertainment, finance, jailbreak, utilites

that was my screenshot i had over at macthemes a while ago. The weather can be ediited in the css file using your location code. Ex: "USPAXXXX".

No. For instance my code is USFL0149, but 0149 is not my zip.
I just looked it up New york, NY is USNY0996

I love that wallpaper...is it available in 640x960 though?
