Seriously? You're so helpless you can't even crop part of a picture for a wallpaper? It's not hard. At all. And everyone has a program on their computer that can do it.
Unfortunately yes. I have the latest edition of the Adobe Suite, but I can never get it right. Feel free to post a link to a simple tutorial...
What is the easiest program to use by the way? I have bunch of them and will get whatever is necessary since my request was such a burden on you...even though you didn't crop it.

GIMP is a free photoshop program that cant do some of the fancier things adobe photoshop can do but adobe is like a $600 program
just google the word GIMP and you should find it easily
not sure what the correct size is for best wallpaper use but with this program you can cropped and resize to whatever you want

I actually used this website to resize the photo you requested. It's pretty simple to use. I don't have Photoshop

Sorry for the response.. It was kind of rude my bad. In a bad mood this morning haha. Anyways if you have a Mac you can just use the default program Preview and use the selector tool and make it the correct dimensions, cut, paste into a new window and you're good.
@henrikrox how did you get the suave battery??? I have been looking for this everywhere! thanks in advance.

Anyone want to clue me in as to how you get the old sized legacy dock to work on ios4? (ip4 specifically) All the dock icons get moved up when I apply a larger dock image (like the one das1g uses)
I just added it to the wallpaper and then removed the gradient
file goes in /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SpringBoardUI.frameworks/
Lol I figured that was the case because it's exactly what I'm doing now...
If I'm not mistaken, you can get it to work by using Dock.png and Summerboard mode, but I don't want to bother with that.
How did you manage to get your dock icons centered on the dock like that? For me, they are a little bit too low. My actual dock image is a transparent png with stock dimensions. The legacy dock is just part of my wallpaper.

The difference in these to widget is that on has "<>" and the other one has this "|" and I want the one that has this "|"
