But you can replace the following files (without the quotes) under you theme's Bundles/com.apple.springboard folder with blank icons to your liking :
"weatherbg_day@2x.png"
"weatherbg_night@2x.png"
And the font is Sansation.

P.S. Here is an example, for the GladHandler theme, you can change the icon for weather by using the following two blank icons :
Just rename to "weatherbg_day@2x.png" and "weatherbg_night@2x.png" (without the quotes) and place them in the folder I mentioned above
