I downloaded i2hd on 4.2.1 my app store icon is gone and more important how do i actually theme an icon i see you guys posting pictures of new icons how do i go about changing them or if someone can please point me to a how to thread thanks...

The app store icon wasn't included/ been problems with the app store. Also the 4.2.1 file names are different than it was with 4.1.
Go to macthemes.net look for I2HD and they talk about this.

Badge: fiftyfootshadows
Folder Background: Black Wooden
SMS: RoundSquare + custom background
Wallpaper: me
Thanks to everyone for the inspiration and technical help on this thread. I've tried a bunch of combos but I'm keeping it simple for my day-to-day theme. I'm waiting until more icons are updated before I jump into i2HD.

With or from what theme? And are you using the bundle or icon folder method?

Here's the thing I've converted most of my old theme, but I can't get the SMS theming to work.
changed up some icons and changed the wallpaper
weather/date widget please and thanks you.
do you have a folder in Bundles name com.apple.chatkit?
also too in Ip4 or IOS4.x you need the ~iphone before extension. For example it should look like this: Balloon_1~iphone.png, Balloon_2~iphone.png, checked~iphone.png and so on.. also remember if you have retina screen youll also need the same icons with the @2x extension ex: Balloon_1~iphone@2x.png

I really like this! Is that the "Word" theme from dBar or MacThemes (I can't remember which one it was shared on)? I may have to give it a go.
I'd love to know how you accomplished this.
I also have a 3GS running 4.1 and it works for me
