Ah--trying to keep all these widgets and their creators straight is a challenge. LOL Thanks for the followup! Any idea of a widget name on this one to speed the search? If not, I'm sure I'll come across it eventually as I keep browsing.
Yeah tell me about it! I'm not 100% sure the true author. I just know I got it from Gary and it's called Widget-Caption2.
Now, that is a good question - I'll try to answer it as best I can.
The shark is basically a little image - I made a folder after my carrier (com.apple.vodafone_uk or something similar) and then popped the four .PNGs in there I needed (two @2x.pngs and two normal .pngs). The .pngs need to be named very specifically - it's different for a) what firmware you're on and b) what carrier you are using. I then used the Bundles method via WinterBoard to actually apply it. I do not recommend messing about with Carrier Bundles.bundles that are actually on the iPhone.
It took me ages to finally do it - and the iPhone needed a few Resprings until they "stuck" - but it's probably best if you look up the Carrier Logo thread on MacThemes. To get you started, I'll attach said shark images

It's an issue if they intended to release it that way as a paid package...but for personal use and not for profit, it probably falls under fair use (of course assuming that any paid themes were paid for and not pirated). It's gorgeous though, and I admit I'd like to get my hands on that icon mask; the frame/border on it is more appealing to me than what I've seen of the Noki one.
It's a good question though: at what point does it become a problem? I know I've done the same thing with the Upojenie PSD's and icons that I preferred the look of from other sets (though I attribute correctly where I can), and I've seen similar things posted in these threads.
