Well I gave the MIUI clock a shot using the original images for Android. I think I'm going to make the clock smaller to make it look more balanced, but here's a preview. I'll post the final theme when it's all done.

Does anyone have wallpapers that work with this? Or what would be cool, is having the bars and lines around the widget made into an overlay so you could use any wallpaper.

Don't know if you already got an answer. Maybe you like this one.

Apologies to those pinging me both directly and in thread, I've been fighting a migraine for the last couple of days and the few posts I've managed have been directly from the phone. Got the laptop and I'm upright for a few minutes, so I'll answer the bits I can manage now. If I miss anything, please PM me and I'll catch it next time I'm awake. LOL

jjk454ss--a bit below the Galaxy post you pulled from, I'd posted a modified one, and I think that might be the overlay you were looking for. I'd call it a WIP as I'm not 100% happy with it, but it may help. First image is the overlay, the others are examples of how it looks. What I found was that it's tough to get a "universal" feel that's similar to the wall in Galaxy. The PSD I used has five or six layers that could be turned off and on to customize the look with certain walls, but I'd rather have one universal overlay. Or maybe two or three of different densities. This is what I have for now though:

One thing to note is that you'll need to add the code for the overlay into the HTML if you're planning to use it that way. Right now, I haven't taken the time, I just layer it over the wallpaper in Photoshop, save the new png, and use that for the wall.

I'll address your CameraLock icon question over in that thread after I try something.

Pink biteSMS bubble a couple of people have pinged me about is in the next post.

zmulleni--not sure you can make that bite bubble much bigger (canvas size in that area seems to be 24x60 for most icons and that looks like it comes close to maxing out the 24 width), but there might be something in the plist somewhere for the biteSMS.app to change the numeral size. No idea for certain, but that would be where I'd look. Also, in your latest screen shot, was that the jpeg you used or the original pngs you thought you had. I ask because it's looking pretty pixelated (that bee carrier logo is AWESOME BTW!)

Exactly what I wanted, you are awesome. Thank you

Second post due to attachment limits:

Since I had a couple of requests for the pink biteSMS bubble, here it is.

Note, this is merely the original stock bubble bite provides recolored, it doesn't have the bite out of it.

question: will replacing the "bundles" folder of a theme for another "bundles" from another theme replace the icons? or each bundles are specific to a theme?

If all you want is different icons then yes BUT keep the same com.apple.springboard/TelephonyUI or those will change as well (unless you want to change those as well)
