Apologies to those pinging me both directly and in thread, I've been fighting a migraine for the last couple of days and the few posts I've managed have been directly from the phone. Got the laptop and I'm upright for a few minutes, so I'll answer the bits I can manage now. If I miss anything, please PM me and I'll catch it next time I'm awake. LOL
jjk454ss--a bit below the Galaxy post you pulled from, I'd posted a modified one, and I think that might be the overlay you were looking for. I'd call it a WIP as I'm not 100% happy with it, but it may help. First image is the overlay, the others are examples of how it looks. What I found was that it's tough to get a "universal" feel that's similar to the wall in Galaxy. The PSD I used has five or six layers that could be turned off and on to customize the look with certain walls, but I'd rather have one universal overlay. Or maybe two or three of different densities. This is what I have for now though:

One thing to note is that you'll need to add the code for the overlay into the HTML if you're planning to use it that way. Right now, I haven't taken the time, I just layer it over the wallpaper in Photoshop, save the new png, and use that for the wall.
I'll address your CameraLock icon question over in that thread after I try something.
