Ssh what you d/l into the theme your using
/Library/Themes/yourtheme
If you already have a Widget.HTML file then change the widget widget.HTML to Wallpaper.HTML
Select it in winterboard and Respring

Ok, I scp'd the theme and did a respring. Now, however, I have the old style lock screen on top of the theme. How do I remove the old style theme?

Make sure the lockscreen theme is at very top of list in winterboard

HA.. yeah your missing some files..
First go into Cydia and d/l LockScreen Clock Hide
Then d/l this: http://cl.ly/5kZe and ssh into Themes/themesxxx/Bundles/com.apple.Telephonyui
Save/Respring
However there is a flaw in that particular lockscreen where no matter the temp the weather icons will show rain.
i def like that widget and placement...why not get rid of the status bar time?

did you down load program from cydia or the d/l link i provided?
Either way you should have BarBottomLock.png, BarBottomLock@2x.png, WellLock.png, WellLock@2x.png
