this may be old, but how do i get the signal dots and wifi/3g/E connection symbols on the status bar as you have?

it's an app on Cydia called signalwifi - runs on winterboard.

I am happy to upload slider but not sure how you would use it as the slider contains the black line that runs down to the numbers plus the 2 bars and as you see from the screenshot then runs along the wallpaper to the other 2bars

The bars can be easily removed but would look strange having an upright slider
