It is a mix of icons from many themes.
If I can remember, Flurry icon set for mac, Classica 3, Black UPS, and some other iphone and mac icons that I modified.

Here's the Calendar with info.plist for stock font and another for Neutraface.

I've set up the downloaded file like a theme so you can just drop it into Winterboard for use with stock font.
To get it to work with another font, just play around with the plist file.


EDIT: here is my bundles folder as well with all my icons for whoever wants them.

For some reason, gary008's widgets do not work on my phone. I can see them on the web viewer just fine, however when applied via Winterboard they don't work. This happen to anybody else?

I haven't seen a screenshot with this widget for ages, and I had it a while ago but when I switched to a new Mac, I lost it! I would be very grateful if somebody could share the widget, the font name (possibly a link for 4.2.1 retina) and the wallpaper!

Please could I also have this iPod icon?

It looks like a low quality rip. Is the theme it is from NFR or something? If so, then never mind.
