For this one i'm having a little trouble with the temperature, it says it's +18 when it's really -3 lol. I wish it were +18!

Probably not. I'm sure it'll work but since the resolution of phone and ipad are different, they'll probably come out looking off center or completely eff'd up. I don't think there are that many iPad themes out there but here's a lockscreen theme that should work for you.

pman219 posted the easiest way. Another is to use Yahoo Weather and type in the name of your city. Then click "Extended Forecast" just under where it says "6-10 Day". In the URL bar you'll see a code after "weather/extended".

Just open it with a simple text editor. If on a pc just use notepad or if you open it and the formatting is messed up use wordpad. Not sure on mac but just the default editor that comes with osx.

You can also usually edit these files in the ssh client if you right-click (ctrl-click on mac?) and select "edit".

You can also edit them through iFile on your phone. Just go to the file directory, select lockbackground.html, select "Text view", press edit in top left, make changes, save, respring. Done

Strange, FakeCarrier worked for me with 4.3.1. Try reinstalling and resetting?

Sometimes I think you need to enter a space (" ") in the carrier name to get it to work.

Springtomize works for this as well.
