Oh ok, not trying to make it work on my lockscreen, I had everything set up right and could not figure out what was going on
I wonder what the difference is between a widget that works with winterboard and perpageHTML?

Add this http://cl.ly/0Y30413o25053Z3C0C08/LG-Wallpaper.rar in theme's folder.Activate in Winterboard.Don't forget to add a Wallpaper.png also.

I didn't move it. That's how it installed. I used underachiever's link on page 87.

Make sure the widget is at the very top of your Winterboard list

No, you go into Winterboard on your phone and go to select themes and then you hold your finger on the ='s to the right of the theme names and drag the sb widget to the top of the list

Yea that htc top overlay is what I think I would only need. BUT if you can just zip your LS mod it actually might be better for me, then I can tweak the colors and positions myself....if you don't mind
