iPhone Post your Jailbroken Home Screen (Part 3)

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_3 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8J2 Safari/6533.18.5)
Name what png file you want to this:
FolderSwitcherBG (on I4 and it's named FolderSwitcherBG@2x.png)
And put into your themes com.apple.springboard folder. Then ssh/ifile to
var/mobile/Library/Caches And delete these (it's safe will re-write itself)
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.0
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.1
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.2
com.apple.SpringBoard.folderSwitcherLinen.3
Reboot

FolderSwitcherBG@2x.png (retina) and FolderSwitcherBG.png (non-retina). The files go in the com.apple.springboard bundle.

Edit: The Lockinfo theme is ENIX-N, the Lockscreen theme is LS Frost, I got both of them on Macthemes. cheers
