Just like Vinny said... It's avail at dbarthemes. D/l it change the name to LIHeaderBG/@2x.png and put into one of or all lockinfo/themes folder.
I saw the download link, but how exactly do you get those icons on your phone? Is there a folder or something that you are supposed to place them in? Sorry for the newb question but I really like this setup and would love to have it on my phone, just not sure how to go about it. Thanks for the help.
Um, I dont think this is a theme. Its the Grindr Gay bi male app in the app store.
As you can see with the Grindr skeleton thing in the background. But I guess you'd have to be gay to know this, so I saved you the effort

you have to login to dbarthemes, but registration is closed... how are you supposed to get access to these files?

iFile has a trashcan/recycle bin. Have you checked in there? The icon might still be there.
