Work in progress on tweaking to get things working on iOS5, i've gotten a fair bit to work thus far. However a few issues with some of the icons being slightly different sizes and since Winterboard doesn't support plist yet, i haven't been able to alter the styling of icon labels or the calendar date yet.

HTC style
Lock screen is "slanted lock" - it is a bit fiddly to get a custom background like mine, but if you Google it, a few tutorials should come up. Also have a lot tweaks to hide stuff.
Home screen is "perpage" with the HTC widget, a background from the internet, "Android 5" icons (apart from the Firefox + thunderbird icons), transparent status bar, and a custom font called "Droid Sans". I also have a tweak called "icon notifier" that puts a little ticker tape under the icon instead of a popup, that you can see on the mail. Other than that the dock icons have no label. Although I have an Ipod touch, I made music and videos into a unified icon also.
I would like to add that this is still on 4.3.3, but I am downloading iOS 5 as I type, and will probably leave it un-jailbroken for a while.

Thx but I prefer the editing a .plist than d/l more programs... Especially since IOS5 is still buggy w/ cydia programs

:.. yesterday i updated to iOS 5.0 and this is what i get!! almost everything customized.
:.. Since winterboard and lockscreen clockhide are still no 100% compatible some things can't be customized and lockscreen modds are useless

Pretty much same except videos music phone and mail (phone new icon label is icon@2x~iphone.png and mail is Icon@2x.png)
Music App Icon - Cut or Copy icon-AudioPlayer@2x.png to directory Folders/Music~iphone and rename icon-AudioPlayer@2x.png to icon@2x.png
