No.like an actually detailed information report on what I have o do with variations 3 on my laptop to winterboard???
When I open variations 3 there is 3 folders preview, ico , png. Please tell me what to do DaRock.

Not to seem not wanting to help but to explain will take very long the best thing to do is google something like 'how to change icons on jailbroken iphone by ssh' Should be lots of guides and videos. Also search macrumours.
This was also discussed a couple of pages back if my memory serves me right.
Hi Mate you must look for the png files i explain it here for a few sites then you must named it correctly and put it in Bundles folder as com.apple.MobileSMS icon@2x.png or com.apple.mobileslideshow for Photo icon so you must put the icons in the correct Bundles folder

Is there any way you can remove the statusbar/translucent_base from the top of this overlay? I would like to use something different, but it conflicts. Thanks in advance...

Thats from cukheim, he posted screenshots on the modmyi h1 UI thread, not sure if he posted the theme icons /PSD yet. check the h1 UI thread at modmyi.
it's not a place to talk about it but YES we all are using a tethered jailbreak!! that's the only way....

(sigh) oh how I miss my jailbreak at the moment
First I said, I'm not updating to iOS 5 because I couldn't use it unjailbroken, ended up updating anyway, then couldn't use it not jailbroken so now I'm stuck with this tethered crap.
