Irish, what coding did you do exactly to move the badge down so it is within the icons itself. Can you please advise what I need to change. Thanks buddy.

That's done with the Cydia tweak called Boover. Settings for what's shown (with the tag badges on elite 6 slate icons) are Top Right (normal), Alpha: 1.0, Offset Y: 15, Offset X: -1, Badge Scale 1.3.

If you're using different badges or icons, you may need to experiment a bit to find the right settings. Jaku, for example, is a few pixels off in either direction. (And on the iPad 1 on 5.1.1, they're completely out of whack--not sure whether it's the iOS or the iPad screen size, but it took some doing to line things up correctly for that!)

worked perfectly, I adjusted a little for elite 6 icons: Top Right (normal), Alpha: 1.0, Offset Y: 12, Offset X: -4, Badge Scale 1
 
Download ifunbox onto your pc/mac navigate to Library>Themes and drag and drop the vintage photographs.theme into ifunbox.

I just did it without my laptop :D
Just downloaded and opened in ifile then cut and pasted in themes folder..... Now it appears in winterboard......
