I noticed a few posts asking about my setup...

...it's quite varied. I'm using icons from about a half dozen themes including ColdFusion HD, Athena HD, Genesis, CUPS, etc. All of them can be found on DevArt or Cydia, paid & free.

My UI, including LS, is from iVent & Ayecon. I also use various elements from Laguna HD, found on Cydia.

Bottom line, I suppose, is that I've really personalized my setup to make it my own, therefor it's quite difficult to replicate it.

This is true. Although, personally, I just post and anything anyone wants to know simply ask me as I use numerous themes / icons mashed into one custom theme.
