The font is caviar dreams and the icons are called Space Blueberry from cydia. Just applied with winter board.

You don't mind the slight battery drain due to it not updated for iOS 7?

I used to run jaku on iOS 6 it was a great theme. I would run Carla for iOS with it. Carla for the UI. And Jaku for the icons.

I actually just jail broke it and themed it now so I don't know of any battery issues but I'm always near a power source so it doesn't bother me much.

Whoever designed that **** colored iOS7 Cydia logo needs to be shot. Its such a horrible logo - only jony ive + MS Paint can come up with it.

Keep switching up the icons manually, there are tons of brilliant ones on dribble - you got the time in hand. -37 (real feel) here in Toronto right now.
