First add Ryan Petrich's repo to sources: http://rpetri.ch/repo
Search for FastBlurredNotificationCentre after the source has been added. I think it's at version 0.2.

It's free. Simply install and then whammo.

Hmm... I know that in the Zorsha icon file I downloaded on my computer, a lot of the icons have the wrong name, so that's probably why your camera icon isn't changing. Make sure the icon is named Camera@2x-iphone.png exactly (including the capital C), then using iFile on your phone, or an app like iFunbox on your computer, put the new icon into the Camera.app, which is located in the Applications folder. That should definitely get it to change.
