I got the name backwards, my bad. Search 'IceStatusBar Theme' in Cydia. Install and apply with Winterboard. My bad again, I'm such a misogynist. The iWidget comes with the Sch Widgets Pack1 by schnedi available for $1.00 in Cydia. I just modified the font size, color, and placement in the style.css using iFile. Hope that helps.
