The icons are from jaku. The iPod icon inparticular is from the jaku repo of community icons. Google jaku repo and you will find the site.

New to this so did not know about the repo, just had some fun learning to SSH into my phone!

PS, can I 'brick' it messing around in there with the icons?....

No, it doesnt work anymore. Yahoo shut down the free service, it wont work anymore until someone figures out a different way. Youll have to change to Whoid

Does anyone know how to change the settings for vCloud?

I can't find it in iFile and it doesn't give you an option to change the location code (GPS isn't working with it either) in the basic settings.
