ive come across it time and again but never quite managed to make it look right.

In your fourth photo, what is the resource meter you have running in notification center?

Icons are a mix of mostly Laguna 2 HD, and a couple icons here and there are from various themes on deviantart.
As for the weather, time, and date, I did not do that myself, but it came from here:

I actually did this a while back. Had to go in to PS and create new overlays which are contained in the link below... There should be a grey, red, and blue banner. Enjoy!

The status bar is from origins theme and slider and camera is from flaticons theme
That's FlatIcons, comes with squared and rounded icons and pretty much full ui support. I have been using it for a while and don't plan on changing, love this theme! Also has loads of icons themed for it.
Could you also post what hacks/downloads you have to make that? It looks spectacular!
