Does anyone know of any compatible themes that work with iOS 7 besides the iOS 6 theme?

Flat7 is updated for iOS 7 but really only flattens the icons more.

Hell you're right I didn't even notice there wasn't a link... The only option I saw was to email him or tweet him. Tweeting he said would be much faster...

TBH, I took a lot of stuff I found and changed it around myself. Don't really remember where I got the lockscreen clock and the icons. I just saved them onto my computer and tinkered with them.

I just add an extension of ".old" to the end of the original icon file name. Then when I want to revert back to the original, I either delete or rename the replacement icon and remove the .old extension from the original file.

So Winterboard kind of works. All icons need to be 120x120 or they won't change.
Can't change statusbar icons, the dock or the calendar text yet:

I see you've modded your Instagram icon. I hope to do the same, I just do not know which icon to change and rename in ifile. I go to Instagram.app but it's shows several 'icon' named files.

If you could, please elaborate which to edit, thanks!
