Homescreen Designer is a layout maker.

To remove page dots use No Page Dots. It's by Chpwn.

I asked the same question and it was a couple post back.
 
Does anyone know where the battery png's are located? I do not see them in core services/springboard. I would like to change it if is is possible. Thanks in advance :)

Lol, yeah I miss Noki a lot!! Winterboard and manual!! It's a pain at the moment. Things have changed again!

Looking to theme the red icon notification badges but have no idea where they located!!

I'd like to know as well. I've been searching with ifile, but no luck so far.

Have you been able to change the clock icon? I've been having issue with that.

I have been changing icons manually. No winterboard. :)

Will do until winter board is out. Just glad to get rid of labels. Need to remove dots though...

The notification badge is in com.apple.springboard but now it's called IconBadgeAndCloseBox@2x.png. Unfortunately changing this file only changes the shape of the badge - it still will show up red.

Have you changed ClockIconBackgroundSquare@2x~iphone.png in com.apple.springboard?

You're welcome. I don't think I would have thought to look there either, so I have to give credit to enzom21 - it was his theme, posted earlier in this thread, that I was looking through to find this.
