Figured this out. UniAW dylib is available through a Modmyi thread here (sorry if I am not supposed to link to other forums):

Supposedly you can switch files out and with some modifications you can run other winterboard SB widgets through this process. I think around page 640 is when talk about the modified version for iOS 7 starts. Just started playing around with this myself after seeing Shinchan.Nohara's post.

The people over at uniaw MMi have found a way to display uniaw on iOS7 with help of .dylibs ; no need of winterboard or iwidget ... once you install the dylib and SBAnimatedWeather ( you can easily do that by following read me given with download file ) you can turn off/on animations, weather informations, clocks and tweak and edit it all to your liking by changing the css . Hope that helps

I never got it to work on my 5s. Ian attempted helping me but couldn't figure out the problem. There are some really great looking setups over there

What Shinchan.Nohara said is basically what I have been doing so far. To get what I have done I modified
- UniAW6_iph5.css in SBAnimatedWeather/Css/Main
- Widget.html file in SBAnimatedWeather/
- Config.js in SBAnimatedWeather/

However, in the modmyi thread there are users that have been able to exchange out parts of SBAnimatedWeather with other widgets and have been successful (I haven't had the time to fully look into this though).

No, everything that I made for the old versions of Touchit HD were 114x114 and they need to be 120x120. That's why your appstore apps aren't changing.
So instead of converting the 1500 icons I made I am starting over.
The correct ones are slightly larger then past versions.

No, everything that I made for the old versions of Touchit HD were 114x114 and they need to be 120x120. That's why your appstore apps aren't changing.
So instead of converting the 1500 icons I made I am starting over.
