Can you tell what themes (icons) you are mixing ? I can see Eli7e, MiUI7, I love those document (mail), phone, settings and vinyl music icon ! tia !

Keeping things vibrant. Icons are "Radiance for iOS 7", modded space wallpaper from iOS7. Circlet for Signal/Wifi/Data and Battery, Classic Dock, StatusForecast for the weather on statusbar. Went back to the original slimmer Helvetica Neue, instead of the thicker version on iOS7.1.2.

I haven't used winterboard since ios6 but looks like you are trying to change the dock so you'll want to place your dock.theme on the top in winterboard.
Are you using Spingtomize or anything to hide the dock previously? I'm just grasping at straws here. I've been over drooling over themes at modmyi so winter board is coming pretty quickly for me...
Just looked at Cydia for classicdock and looks like coolstar has some specific directions for applying a dock? Sorry I couldn't of been of more help best of luck!

Consilium. There is a thread about this theme in this forum. Check it out. The dev is great about updates and request.
It's a cool font, however it's not complete.
It doesn't have enough to effect Forecast.
Other fonts in cydia do, but this one doesn't.

Did iHaz3 update or share that icono? I didn't get any plain iconomatics like your screenshot when I downloaded it. I downloaded it like minutes after it went live... and I already uninstalled.... so I don't know if there were any updates since.
