I don't see it in Cydia

Nope, I just don't remember where I got that wallpaper from and I had to go do something when I posted originally. I can look around, I'll edit this with info if I find it.

EDIT: for the life of me, I can't find that LS wall, but I feel like I've seen it in a lot of places.

iwidgets from cydia and configure dockshift in settings. Select>transparent and respring to remove the dock background all together.

i downloaded the zip file and unarchvied it in ifile, moved the folder into my themes folder and selected it in winterboard and nothing shows up after i respring

someone on another forum told me winterboard doesnt suppport widgets right now

edit: html widgets dont work on winterboard. just have to wait for the update

Can't get what work? Correct, winterboard doesn't allow widgets. The widgets you're seeing are iwidgets from cydia as I stated previously.
