SpeedBattery for Alkaline in cydia
Layout springtomize 3 plus removal of other status bar items.
Dock is classic dock from cydia then turn on hide background in springtomize 3.
Badge from Eli7e - using badge customizer - just fiddled with color dials to get colour.
Wall - cannot remember but will correct once i do.

Can we try to remember to post some information about what tweaks and themes are used to achieve the homescreens and lockscreens? Otherwise it just seems like you're going, 'look at mine!' and waiting for compliments. And yeah, while they might (or might not ) be very nice, the thread then becomes mostly people asking what things are and how they were done.
