no, it's dynamic and gps. At least i'm pretty sure it's dynamic...i'll let you know tomorrow when it snows here.

AnalogClock combined with e7 Groovy Lock Minimal and i edited the position to my liking.
Jellylock: Mod of geometry (forget the exact name...availiable on DA)
Status: e7 for ipad ported for SD version
Carrier: Diamond Carrier (Free on DA)
Wifi: Signal Dots

HOMESCREEN:
Ayecon for iPad (icons reducers to 85%)
Badge: Elite 7

In winterboard the biocentered theme maybe is sitting near the bottom. Try moving it to the top of other themes and respring.

Is that Forecast 7 you're using on your LS? If so, how did you mod the current conditions in the bottom right so that they're a bit smaller and don't infringe on your "Slide to Unlock" graphic?

Also, what font are you using there?

Font is poiret one and I did nothing to the forecast tweak , I just made my JellyLock a bit small

Don't know the locations but will have a guess that they may be in bundles --> springboard or in uiimages.
