Yes you're right. It does look like it. So I tried enabling icon labels but it's still there.

How about respring with winterboard? Turn off phone and turn back on? Sometimes that's works better than a reboot for me.

I have icon label shadows too. Isn't that normal?

If I use flex to remove the labels, the shadows disappear.
