signal indicators might be changed to iOS 6.x one with the "Bars" tweak

I did it with Springtomize3. And my theme is Zanilla 2. Changed it to five icons for the dock, also made the icons 95% size and I think the curve etc are the default settings for the cover flow effect.

I'm not sure what you mean by the layout, but the only tweak that affects my dock is springtomize3. There are settings to hide the ugly blur and to use the cover flow effect so the icons curve like mine do. Search it in Google or YouTube and I'm sure you will find plenty of info.
