Do you have MultiTaskingGeastures installed? That seems to be one of the reasons as far as i've noticed. Some Widgets cause less crashes than others.

Nope, don't have that installed. I've been living with it so far but not sure if I can keep it up for too long. Too lazy to try and eliminate it.
