Yes, it's a badge by Orangefreddie on the elite 7 thread on modmyi. I think he called them hollow bubble badges. He shared them right before I shared that widget on the same thread... in fact, if you find my post, I had a link to the badges.

Thanks to Sital, OxyMoron, and a tiny little bit of creative ingenuity from myself, I can finally control the color of the stuff in the status bar on the lockscreen and homescreen independently! The trouble was that I wanted the homescreen statusbar black with this wallpaper, but it kept being white, and I wanted the lockscreen to stay white with it's wallpaper - see my screens !. Now it works !
