What did you use for your icon layout. I've tried HSD, Springtomize and iconoclasm but none match yours. Any help?

How is it that it's evenly spreads vertically cause when I do that it leaves a big open gap where the dock would usually be (i hid it with Springtomize)

What exactly do I have to do? I know the ifile directory i just don't know which file has the "y value" in it and what to change it to. Can you help me out?
