Unfortunately the icon template used is from Nux paid theme and therefore not mine to share.
Can you please share the list of tweaks you use? Also what kind of battery impact are you experiencing?

Bytafont2 and Lato Light Font (Keyboard font doesn't work so that remains as default)
Classic Dock
Folder Customizer
Hideme8
Hiddensettings8 - purely to speed up animations and it works a treat!!
Iconoclasm - 3x4 icon layout

Iwidgets
Infinidock
Winterboard
Loaded iconsupport8.deb file updated by one of the forumites over at Modmyi. That's essential for apps like Infinidock and Iconoclasm to work.
Battery life is subjective!! Usage patterns dictates longevity so I don't believe one can compare. I'm happy to get through the day, is all I'm prepared to say on that.
I haven't noticed any sort of drop off since jailbreaking and tweaking, if that's any conciliation.

1-using 'homescreendesigner' paid tweak in cydia for the layout (3x5)
2-Its a paid theme called 'Votive' in cydia.
3-Badge is from a paid theme 'Sep7' in cydia (sep7 white badge)
