Theme is Laguna HD
Font is, bubblegum sans.

The designer of this theme has kept up with all of the various firmwares since 5.0 so can't imagine it will be too much longer for an update to 8.1

(Most of the iPad version of this theme works even on 8.1 Just a couple of icons don't theme.)

Its called 'Rechrg for Alkaline' in cydia. As far as i know it does not work on iOS8.
