The anemone effects usually comes with themes you install or if someone has made an anemone effect to use with anemone.

It is compatible as am using iOS 9 with various anemone effects...check the naming structure and that you have it in the right location...Library/themes
So it doesn't require additional anemone and iconomatics package ?

I can install the package but the compatibility list is mention there, please check the screen shot

yeah-no additional packages needed if the theme comes with some. You just install the anemone effects package and select the effect you want through anemone tweak and respring and it should work.
It will give you a preview before you apply it to see if it works.

And if you want to use other anemone effects then remane them accordingly by checking other anemone effects name structure.

hope that makes sense.

Any chance of a walk through on how to do this? I imagine iFile is necessary...

I use Filza instead of iFile as i prefer the interface and the way it works.

DaRock is the man! Thanks for the tutorial.
Also, knowledgebomb: if I have a vote- I like it better! Give a bit of depth that was missing with iOS7 and forward.

It has loads of different affects though. Have you tried them all? There are over twenty of them in total.
Yeah I've gone through them. They're all pretty similar. It's not quite what I was going for but its better than flat like I had before.

''They are all pretty similar''

Please don't take offence but are you using Anomone right? If you set a preference in it but there is another preference above it it will automatically take the one from above in the list.

No offense taken. Yes, I'm well aware of how Anemone works. I selected each of the 20+ options one by one (while deselecting the previous) and they all give me a little bit of a dark border with a little silver tab looking thing sticking out the bottom of the icon, which can be seen clearly in my screenshot above.

Some options give me different icon effects in which I'm not interested, but largely the same shadow effects throughout.

Can you share your home screen widgets?
Thanks.

Add this repo and its iwidget 20.

I haven't been able to find a tweak that removes the status bar on the lock screen. I tried Moveable9 and LockHTML4. 9.3.3.

Movable9 does work as that is what i used. If you have springtomize 3 or LockHTML4 make sure everything is turned off in status bar section. If this still does not work for you then i would suggest running icleaner. If still nothing then there is a conflict somewhere with another tweak you have installed or had installed before....
I would go into icleaner pro version and hit the + button on the launch page, go into preference files and delete any tweak that you have uninstalled and no longer using (do this at your own risk) then run icleaner again.

If still not working then disable all your tweaks and just enable movable9 and see if it works...then re-enable a tweak at a time to see where the conflict is.

Hope you get it sorted.
