I'm using Springtomize.... The padding settings, number of rows /columns etc.... Along with Anchor to achieve this. A few other tweaks can do it also .

Shouldn't be a long wait... hopefully!! I updated my 6 to 10.1.1, mini 2nd gen, air and 6s still all on 9.3.3 but have saved the blobs for 10.1.1. Apple can stop signing 10.1.1 at any time now...
