Are you using an iPhone 4/ iPod Touch 4G? If so, make sure that your images end with @2x.png. I was only able to replicate your problem if the files were missing @2x

It's a dbar theme. Don't know the exact name. Google dbarteam and see if you can get into their forum. It's invite only now though, AFAIK

good luck with that, if you even happen to get invite and then you just there to leech all the theme. you will get ban/account deleted.

They actually were until just a few days ago. But something like 90% of the people who joined never posted anything and just leeched. So they closed down the public forums and started up something Macristocracy like. Except I think dbar is still way more friendly and humble than those guys.

Hey, I had Tates theme, then changed it. However I really liked them icons.
I have "extracted" them from it and put them in a folder. Which can be placed in themes.... And enabled in winterboard.

I hope Tate is not annoyed by this, if you are I will remove this post a.s.a.p

It's really not a dumb assumption. I talked to the creator/moderator, Max, and he said that within a month of the forum's launch, they had almost 1500 members, and a tiny percentage were actually active posters or had more than the minimum number of posts required to download themes.

so instead of being good mods and weeding out the bad people, you just stop letting people in all together? not everyone is the same and to generalize the public as leechers is wrong. just like saying all jailbreakers want to do is pirate apps

Uhhh yeah, that's exactly what invite only is. They didn't stop letting people in altogether, they're weeding out the bad ones. Honestly dude if you really want the themes contact one of the mods and ask to apply at this point they're probably happy to let you in.
