How did you get the RINGER OFF icon in your status bar?

I have notifier on my ip4 but it does not display the BELL with slash thru it ICON.

Here is another Jailbroke "tap to unlock" in black with dark grey text,looks better then previous i made IMO....this ONLY ADDS THE TAP TO UNLOCK(not the wallpaper or anything else)

just add the below attached folder(after unzip) to your library>themes thru SSH.
