Would you mind explaining how you did this? I might pay a couple bucks for a youtube video...
How does one get to be able to move app icons around so they don't have to be at the top? Like I want 4 apps on a screen but on the bottom only

You can use an app called iBlank in Cydia then use "No Icon Shadows - iBlank" through Winterboard.

Paying for it. For the effort the developer of LockInfo puts in, and for the value LockInfo delivers, $5 is well worth it.

Basically enable classica, htc desire, then the snow plugin. Set 8 blanks on each screen. Weather will be a B*tch to get working properly just to warn you off the bat.
Been using it all day and have not notice a hit in battery life with the snow falling.

Dumb question, I have the htc lockscreen downloaded, and it is showing, but how do I get rid of the default clock that apple puts on it?
I'd like to just have the time and weather showing on my lock screen and nothing else.
Right now I have the default clock at the top, and bunch of other stuff from my lock screen, and then the HTC clock and weather at the bottom.

I'm a bit lost at the snow plugin part. I downloaded both themes from cydia but am not sure how I get to the zip file or how to get the plugin. I'm new to jailbreaking, so it's probably just inexperience. Care to elaborate a bit?
ok - I have the HTC now, but how do I get rid of the detailed weather or detailed calendar?
What I did was I downloaded the HTC HD2 from that link, opened up the ZIP, take out the Snow folder, used a program called iPhonebrowser, then put the Snow folder into the winterboard section (using iphonebrowser, it has a goto section designed for easy access to winterboard).
I just JB yesterday so I'm pretty new to all this also, so this shouldnt be too hard. The hardest part is getting the weather to work.

edit: Nevermind! Pulled them from the Glasklart theme.
Next question, how'd you get the status bar to be clear on the lockscreen?
edit2: Nevermind! It appears I cannot do this without Winterboard, which I dont care for.

Are you using iconoclasm to shrink your docked icons? Do you think I can do it manually without it on the ip4?
