how do you get just the htc clock on the homescreen?

i got the htc desire springboard but it changes the whole theme =/ i just want the clock.

I just did that and I have the clock working, but now it's on the lockscreen too...I just want it on the homescreen. I set visibility to off for lockscreen but it's still there.

And the lockinfo stuff(mail, calendar, sms, etc..) appears on the homescreen with the HTC clock, how do I make it only appear on the lockscreen?

edit: nevermind! just found out you have to lock the phone then go back in for the settings to take place

It must be the classica theme or something else I'm using on my phone because these fonts won't work for me. I downloaded fontswap and when I try to reset the system fonts, it resprings but nothing is changed...meh.
