You basicly have to go to your theme and put the dock in there and name it Dock.png, thats's it.

Nope, nothing shows up. At least before the dock shows up, albeit a shortened version. I thought it had to be SBDockBG@2x?
No, all you have to do is go to stash/themes.xxx/whatever theme you're using and put the dock in there and name it Dock.png, that's all I had to do in my theme, I also asked other and that's what they did, unless you wanna make that dock your default iphone dock than you go to system/library/coreservices/springboard.app I beleve and find SBDockBG@2x.png, make sure you back it up so you dont lose it, and all you need to do is exchange it with whatever dock you want.
weird, thats exactly what I did. I'm using Tetra, so I put the file Dock.png in the Tetra theme folder, resprung, nothing.
However, I used another dock thats ip4 ready and it works. So it seems like the problem is the resolution of the dock.png itself. Is there any way to make that retina ready?

Well I really don't know what to say, ok try putting the dock in a different theme, if it works that means the problem is from your Tetra theme, if not than mybe you're doing something wrong, try moving your theme to the top of your winterboard list, let me know what happens.

Hi all, here is my theme on the iPhone 4.
All wallpapers are from emobilez.com
Lock Screen is SlantedLock bu Claude626,
Main theme is Signature for the widget and icons on sprinboard and Timeless for all the rest, ui stuff, both themes are by bluemetal.
The Folder icons are sabra snow mac icons, and re sized.
The icons in the folders are a mixture of black'UPS and suave HD icons which I put together myself.
It's all one screen and all apps I use are in the folders.
I accidentally found this site while looking for directions on how to delete the status bar ,but after seeing all of this creativity...trying to get rid of the status bar is just on the list of things that I want to do to an iphone.
Unfortunately, the battery percentage are actually a bunch of images of the numbers from the sharedUI directory and can only be themed with images that would go in your UIImages folder.
One would have to make images of Neutraface numbers to do that.
As for the glass overlay behind the time/date on lockscreen:
Use this transparent image-><-
place it in your theme's "com.apple.TelephonyUI" folder.
Name the image BarLCD@2x.png

I use the Suave HD theme, so guessing I cannot mix it with the Eclectic theme to remove that bar? Maybe I could manually do it myself, surely it's just an image I need to delete or something?

Make sure the image is named correctly, BarLCD@2x.png
Sometimes in Winterboard you might need to turn ON Summerboard mode and respring then turn OFF Summerboard mode to get images to register.
EDIT: just saw your sig, the above is for iPhone 4, if you have a 3G then change the name to BarLCD.png
