Yes, they were a joy to type on. The only thing I hated about them, they were a dust magnet and crumb hair collector.

6 pack of dust off 5 bucks at costco ;)
office max has one bottle for 9 bucks

i went through one bottle just for f of it. cleaned out every keyboard and every other thing with a small hole

I've been using numpadless keyboards for a year. I can type as fast on the top row as I can on a numpad. As for maths, there's no easy way to type formulas and the like, so I don't care about the numbers either...

On a sidenote, how do you type exponents in OS X?

not going to lie. i HATE clicky keyboards. like when i visited my cousin's house, he had one way back in the day, and i could never sleep in the next room because all you'd hear was CLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACKCLACK

and i wanted to shoot someone

lol... I hate them because of this, but love them because they're so easy to type on. I find the new aluminum keyboards and the Macbook keyboards (not pro) to be great as well, because they give just enough feedback, and don't look like they're from 1982.

I'm considering getting a Das keyboard. It looks awesome.

LOL that's awesome. I'm currently typing on this horrible cheap Logitech, so I might consider getting that. I do a lot of typing for various things, so I guess would help!

Um, try looking at the plugs? (They're PS/2, in case you don't recognise them - one for the keyboard & one for the pointer)

Exactly. His question was how to make them fit to the computer. You must assume he believes no one uses PS/2 anymore.
