I bet somebody's going to go out and buy a ticket with those numbers now to make sure you don't win the full prize...

You go ahead and do that.

You'll be even a bigger fool than I.

iMac G4 800 MHz. It will be my kitchen system. I can listen to music, watch a movie, look up information, and have my calendar at ready access.

Bought it on eBay from a nice person in New Jersey who kept it in excellent condition.

I'm using a Bluetooth Apple keyboard, and have a BT Logitech mouse on the way. I'm sorry, I will never buy an Apple mouse until I can right click.

And what's nice is that I can rotate the screen over so that I can watch from the dinner table if I don't have guests.

That's pretty cool. Makes me miss my iMac G4! Keep it away from the knives, though

If gravity kicks in, and the magnetic hold on the blades fails, the iMac will be fine.

I just need to remember to store the keyboard up next to the iMac instead of on the counter below. :)

I got this iMac for 10% of what it would have cost new. It's incredible. For web browsing and iTunes, it's perfect. It didn't come with wireless or BT, but I have USB adapters for both.

good but bad news.....i exchanged my 24" 2.8 for a 24" 2.6 realized i didnt need the 24 it took to much space and i only use the mac for downloading music, storing pictures and surfing the web so the 24" was a little too much for me and the screen was just to bright for me it was hurtin my eyes gave me a little headache. on the 20" right now, dont see a difference the screen is a lot better since i calibrated it to the 2.2

i don't understand $231 jeans...how comfortable can they possibly be? lol:rolleyes:

I don't understand your need to be a prick and make assumptions. How do you know he paid that much for them? I personally wear Seven for all mankinds, but I have never paid even half of the retail price for them. Even if he did, it is his money and he is welcome to do with it what he pleases.

Find something better to do with your time than making assumptions and dropping the "rolling eyes."

I did pay retail for them at Nordstroms. I had to have them, and finding them in my size was not easy, so I bought them. Yeah, they are expensive, but they are very comfortable.

I only wear the premium brands now, Seven For All Mankind, Diesel, Rock & Republic, etc. Once you put those on, buying jeans from American Eagle and Old Navy, lol, those just don't cut it.

I couldn't agree more. Are the Rock & Republic's made in the US?

Wow hostile lol. Bought a pair of R&R's last year in NYC and absolutely love them. The quality of the denim is fantastic and in a world where jeans are becoming acceptable as business wear a nice pair of jeans is good to have :)

There is a pretty slick deal out there with live search. Documented here: http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthr...850694&page=32

There is also a 10% eBay coupon right now. Here is what I did. Go to live.com, search for the item you want. If it is eligible it will give you an ebay link at the top with a mention for the live cashback.

Make sure the live search banner is somewhere on the page, as long as you follow the link it should be. So, click buy it now, enter the ebay coupon CJUNE0810P. THis is the 10% eBay coupon. The amount after the coupon is what you pay upfront. Take note of the live search cashback information however, this should be 20%. If that is there, go ahead and check out.

You will get an message in your ebay account, which will contain a link to claim the cashback. Click that, and go to the live.com page. If you have a login for MS services already use that, if not you will have to make a new one. Once you do that give it 24 hours for the cashback to show up.

Once that happens, it will tell you how long you have to wait. It is 2 months. Set up the other options, like the payment preferences. I did my paypal account. After the 2 months you can withdraw and that is that. This works on anything that gives you a live search hit for ebay. But, the max for a single transaction is $100 for the eBay coupon (one use) and it is $250 for the live search discount. You can however use the live search discount 3 times for a max of $250 each time. This is also how I got the Wacom tablet so cheap, for the iMac we used my fiancee's eBay account to get the 10% again.

If you have trouble using the eBay coupons be sure you eBay is linked with your paypal. You can do that by logging into paypal and clicking profile, then auctions. Make sure you see you ebay account in there. If you have to add it, give it some time before trying to use the coupon again. You can also call paypal after buying and have them apply it. This is what I had them do for the tablet, because paypal is stupid. Ha.

If you want to use the live search thing again, there is a $10 off shipping coupon out there, CJUNE10SHIP. Good luck. Let me know if you need some more help.

This is how I got the iMac, it applies toward anything though. All of them are still good, I am looking for other things right now before the 20% runs out. At one point it was 35%. :O

I've heard great things about Lost Winds. Haven't played my Wii in months though.

On a random note, does anyone want to buy a Nintendo DS + 4 Games + A Case? Let Me know?
