Lost my last stupid Apple silicon in-ear headphone tip. Hopefully these will fair better:

Bloody hell, those are expensive. That's already a fifth the price of the headphones themselves. Mine are always falling off but luckily I haven't lost any yet. Why would these be any better? Can't you just go to an Apple store and ask for some? I'm sure they have them; like how they replace missing keyboard keys and stuff.

A new table a a new desk for the apartment. Got a great price on sale. They are on backorder, though, so I have to go pick them up in a couple of weeks.

I bought mine online with in-store pick up. The lady was telling me someone bought 4 of them. Its the first time I've seen the 1TB version for under $89. I bought my brother's from staples for $89 like a month ago, and I thought that was a sweet score.

I believe my brother and I will give it to our father for his birthday. He's been ripping the VHS home movies recently on his new PC (he likes Macs, but alas, PCs have a better deal).

I *might* get another one to have a spare around, too. Me mum has a bad track record with external hard drives (used for Time Machine), and she has no income because she's disabled, so.

Yeah, no stores around me have it in stock, either, and it is backordered.

I was going to do the in-store pickup, but I didn't see the option for it. After I logged in, though, the shipping changed from $5.50 to free, so now I don't mind

I had been looking for a table that I liked for the longest time, and this one really jumped at me. Now I am looking for some chairs that match it - will post a pic here when I have them.

I bought both the table and the desk at a local furniture store here in Costa Rica (see my location) called Altea Design. They have nice-looking furniture, but their prices are higher than most. This past week they had their annual sale, and since I am in the process of moving to a new place, I took advantage of some of the offers (also bought some lamps, plates, silverware and some other stuff). After all, I have the philosophy that I'd rather save money for a while and then buy what I REALLY like. Being eyeing that desk for close to forever!

I just recently picked up a simpledrive 1tb for my time machine back up so this new drive will be for other data I really don't want to clutter up my time machine drive. I already lost most of my music because my last TM HDD was not big enough and I was cheap and didn't back up my music. Now I think with 2x 1TB + 1x500gb and a 250gb I should not have any problems. I think it was one and that one lived in Canada. Since I hate malls and Bloomingdale's claimed they were out of stock, I ordered online. When they wanted $10 shipping I told them to suck it. They gave me 50% off shipping.

These are more like rubbery memory foam. Way better than any silicone tip I've used.

I thought it was probably someone wanting to purchase internationally...haven't ever purchased from Bloomingdale's so I didn't know if they offered international shipping. Nice work getting a shipping discount Never hurts to ask - I got upgraded to next day shipping when I ordered my contacts but was afraid I wouldn't get them before I left for school.
