Needed a new casual riding bike and these things have been on a big sale for a long time but still managed to grab one a little bit out of town. Needless to say it much better than the bike I was riding before.

The only way the government will see the tax for anything I win, is if I bank or invest it. I take it that's not true in Ohio? How about other parts of the US?
