New home phones(only base box shown), much needed! So far they're pretty cool, I can connect my iPhone via Bluetooth and make and receive calls using my home phone handset or speakerphone! A bit pricy but worth it....so far:rolleyes:

"Arab" scarf? Are you serious? Dear God. Please do not purchase things you have no knowledge of, with origins from a region that you will never understand. I sure don't. But I know enough not to call it an "Arab scarf." That's just ignorant.

As for my latest purchases:

A couple more Klean Kanteens.

640 GB WD My Book Essential.

North Face Jester. Not the Surge or Box Shot like I wanted; they didn't have all-black left. :(

A fedora from UO.

And I purchased my MacBook back from my brother.

Where did it come from first people wearing it around head, or wearing it around face or wearing it like a scarf? Like what was it made for the shemagh. I wear mine around my face for paintball or airsoft?

It was first used to shield arab nomads from the sun and sand. They would tie it around their faces to stop the sand getting into their mouths, noses, etc. It's now used for the same reason by modern Arabs, but apparently, it's also cool for western kids - who live nowhere near sand - to wear it.

It's also called a keffiyeh - which is the traditional name - but it's also called a shemagh.

And I love Fallout 3 so much, I have to give Oblivion a go. GOTY edition with the two expansions already on it for $27. Can't beat that.
