SIGNIFICANT UPGRADE!
(These; of course, aren't my pictures :D)

Quite simply, I am loving it. I used to think that my 24" Dell TN panel was a good monitor, but this eIPS beats it in every way.

The viewing angles are dramatically better. Colors are less washed-out. This display has excellent positioning flexibility. The on-screen menus are the best I've ever used. A 22" display really seems to be optimal. With the 24", most of the space was just extra, especially with web browsing.

Not really my personal purchase, but I placed the order for the company I work for. I am quite excited, going to be a big jump from our analog desks.

A pair of Soundcraft VI6 consoles, 1 digital snake, and 1 extra processor card for the FOH rack.

Hopefully we'll see them sometime within the next month.

Good luck building the USS Enterprise.

Holy crap, how much did that all cost?

MSRP on a complete system (1 ea. control surface, local rack, stagebox) is about $90,000.

I can't say the exact price we paid for the entire system (2 consoles, local racks, 1 stagebox, bonus processor card), but let's just say it was a killer deal, way way way below MSRP.

That's a killin' console. I've heard some great things about them.

I've worked on a Vi6 a couple of times, they are a masterpiece. You do need to change your way of thinking when solving problems and setting it up, but once you've got it you're gonna love it.

When I was a tad strapped for cash, I had to sell my original launch disc. Since I've been making more money recently (2 jobs and all) and I've had a large craving for some ass kicking (mostly thanks to my friend who bought the TE Arcade Stick), I got this...

And than I got this...
